Yes. Texts, images, logo and colours are extracted from your current website – whether it was built with WordPress, Wix, Jimdo or by hand. The old website stays online until everything has moved across. More on this under Website migration.

Yes: every visible text, the images, colours and opening hours, in the customer panel. The website is rebuilt immediately. You log in with a link from your email, without a password.

The annual subscription has no set-up fee and no minimum term. It renews every year and can be cancelled online at any time; notice given up to 3 months before expiry takes effect at the end of the current year.

Our shops run on our own shop engine, which we wrote ourselves and operate ourselves – at a fixed annual price from CHF 249.–, with website, domain and hosting. No apps that have to be rented on top, no plugins to update. What your current shop costs is worked out by the Shopify cost check.

Yes. The import assistant reads products, including their variants, from a Shopify or WooCommerce CSV. In the other direction, you can export as CSV at any time – nobody gets locked in.

Checkout runs securely via Stripe, with card and TWINT. You set shipping costs per country; vouchers and digital products with a download after payment are included.

Two systems exchange data automatically. One example: an order in the shop creates the invoice in the accounting system without anyone typing anything in. We connect Buchify, Stripe and practically any system with an open interface.

Yes – that is our core area. We developed our website platform, the accounting software, the customer management and the diagnostics software ourselves, and we run them every day. We build your tool with the same care.

The company, support and your contact person are in Switzerland. The servers are with Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (EU), within the EU, where data protection law and the GDPR apply. Backups are made every day and kept for fourteen days, plus a copy stored outside the server.

The AI suggests, a human decides. The assistant on this site only answers from our own information; we store your question without an IP address. Please do not enter any personal data there. Details can be found in the privacy policy.

No – nobody can honestly promise that. What we can say: every website comes with the technical foundation that Google and AI systems need to read it, and the Search Console in your panel shows you what you are found for.

You decide – it goes straight to Meta, Google or TikTok, not to us. For a platform to get enough data to learn, we recommend a few hundred francs a month per platform. Less works too; it just takes longer to see what works.

You do. The account with Meta, Google or TikTok is in your company’s name, with your payment method; you give us partner access. If you stop, the account, the ads and the figures stay with you.

Every ad carries its origin in the link. For shops on Pixify-AI, our tool matches each order to the ad that brought it; on top of that come the platforms’ own figures. Ad pixels only run if your visitors agree in the cookie box.
