Where is my website hosted?

Backups are made every day and kept for fourteen days, plus a copy stored outside the server.
What happens after handover?
The domain and content belong to you. You make changes yourself in the customer panel, or you pass them on to us – either works. Hosting, backups and monitoring continue to run in the background.
How long am I tied in?
The annual subscription has no set-up fee and no minimum term. It renews every year and can be cancelled online at any time; notice given up to 3 months before expiry takes effect at the end of the current year.
