API interfaces

Your systems talk to each other.

Shop with accounting, form with CRM, payment with receipt: we connect what someone types in by hand today – and monitor that it keeps running.

BuchifyOur own accounting software with an API – shops on Pixify-AI already book their orders there automatically. From bexio or KLARA you move over with the whole financial year.Learn more →
StripePayments, receipts and the status of an order, without anyone having to check.
GoogleCalendar with available times and booking link, Search Console for visibility.
Files & bankCSV imports, camt bank statements, PDF reports – where there is no API, there is almost always a file.
Open APIsREST and JSON: practically any system with an open interface can be connected.
MonitoredAn interface that fails silently is worse than none at all. Ours speak up when something gets stuck.

Engine room

What work looks like when nobody is watching

A process from our own business – from the form to the paid invoice.

  • 1 · FormAn enquiry comes in – with spam protection, without a captcha.
  • 2 · CRMThe contact is created, and the history starts automatically.
  • 3 · AccountingQuote and invoice are created without retyping.
  • 4 · StripeThe payment comes in, the receipt goes out, the status is correct.
  • 5 · WatchdogEvery night: backup, check, report. You sleep.
  • 6 · HumanWhere a decision is needed, it lands with a human – not in a log that nobody reads.

Questions about interfaces

What does API interface mean in practice?

Two systems exchange data automatically. One example: an order in the shop creates the invoice in the accounting system without anyone typing anything in. We connect Buchify, Stripe and practically any system with an open interface.

Do you also build complete tools?

Yes – that is our core area. We developed our website platform, the accounting software, the customer management and the diagnostics software ourselves, and we run them every day. We build your tool with the same care.

What do you type in twice today?

That is exactly where an interface pays off. Tell us about it.
