Switching to Buchify
From bexio or KLARA – an easy move
Switching mid-year isn’t starting over: the financial year comes along, and we do the migration together with you.
- From bexio: the whole financial yearContacts, journal, opening balances, customer and supplier invoices – from the exports bexio gives you.
- Preview firstEverything is calculated and displayed first. Nothing is written until the check adds up: debit equals credit, the balance sheet balances.
- Nothing twiceEvery imported line is marked. A later, newer export only brings in what has been added.
- Open invoices stay openIf a customer pays an old bexio invoice, Buchify recognises its reference on the bank statement.
- Numbers carry onIf you like, Buchify continues counting from your last bexio invoice number.
- From KLARA and othersCustomers and items via Excel or CSV; we help you carry over the opening balance sheet.
